    Is this NBAA AMTE initiative just in the planning phases or is it happening now? I like learning and while not actively engaged in A&P work I'd like to go to seminars and courses to keep learning.

    Which brings me to the AMT Society, I was once a member but since I don't have an IA I found at the time there was little benefit to me. Has that changed any? I want to keep learning, especially on turboprops, who provides seminars on that?
